The City of Rochester is asking the public to help name the cities newest parking ramp. You have until Friday May 31st to make your submission. We have compiled a Top 10 list of names that we think would be befitting of the new ramp and we have ACTUALLY submitted them to the City of Rochester so fingers crossed. Haha!
10.Rampy McRamperton because it is REALLY fun to say.
9.The “"I see you didn’t take the Bus, Ramp" because we love our public transportation and any chance we can shame someone for not using it we should.
8.The “Uff Dah” parking ramp so we can laugh at out of towners when they try to say it with their weird accent.
7.The “Duck, Duck, Gray Duck,” Ramp because the rest of the world is WRONG when they do it.
6.The “Parking Ramp on Stick” because Minnesotans will put anything on a stick.
5.The “Hot Dish” Ramp because who doesn’t LOVE Hot Dish!
4.The “Minnesota Goodbye Ramp” because it will take you at least an hour to leave.
3.The “Meat Raffle Ramp” where people will have a chance to win free meat when they leave.
2.The “Iowa Parking Ramp” So easy to park in even Iowa drivers can.
1.The “Ramp Formerly Known as Ramp 6” in memory of Prince.
