A developing story out of the Mall of America today as witnesses claim a woman was screaming that someone threw her child over the balcony from the 3rd floor of a rotunda at the Mall of America this morning.
According to WCCO News the victim was a young boy.
EMTs on site performed CPR on the child before being rushed to the Children's hospital in Minneapolis.
Sources are saying that the suspect attempted to flee the scene via the Light Rail but has been apprehended by police.
