Winter Storm Warning 3am Wednesday through 6pm.

Well mother nature sure is letting everyone know who is in charge. Not only have we set an all time record for the amount of snow in February, 21.9" at the Rochester Airport, we have more snow on the way. This morning the National Weather Service out of La Crosse issued a Winter Storm Warning for parts of SE Minnesota from 3am Wednesday Morning till 6pm Wednesday evening. Heavy Snow with 5-7 inches and Dangerous Travel Conditions are expected tomorrow.

Hazardous Travel Conditions...

.Snow will impact travel late tonight through Wednesday, with

difficult to hazardous travel for the Wednesday morning commute.

Snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour are possible at times,

especially late tonight and Wednesday morning, which will create

snow covered roads and reduced visibility.

Several inches of new snow may already be on the ground at the

start of the commute across northeast Iowa and southeast

Minnesota. The snow will continue to spread northeast through

western and central Wisconsin early Wednesday morning.

Plan now for a difficult Wednesday morning commute. Expect the

snow to taper off late Wednesday afternoon but will linger across

north central Wisconsin into Wednesday evening.
