Do you remember Delmon Young?
The former big leaguer spent four seasons with the Minnesota Twin and slugged 47 homers for the team over that span.
After a few years bouncing around the league, Delmon has landed in Venezuela and now he's winning the home run derby as of last night!
You can check out his performance in the video below. I'm by no means the specimen of good health, but it's a little funny to see Delmon sucking wind after hitting 15 home runs out of the park last night. I've been there my man, deep breaths...deep breaths.
