The roller coaster of emotions with Timberwolves star Jimmy Butler just continues to ebb and flow. A day after returning to practice, challenging his teammates to a scrimmage and then cussing everybody out, Jimmy Buckets was back at the facility again, this time calling a players only meeting to clear the air.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Butler called a players-only meeting today to air his feelings towards the organization and management. In the meeting Butler also told the players that he would indeed "compete with them" as the season gets off to a rocky start next week.

Sources on @TheAthleticNBA @WatchStadium: Several players spoke up in players-only meeting, but Butler led it, made known his issues with management. His message was similar to one he displayed Wednesday: I run this. He's far too competitive to sit real games. https://t.co/Cwo8OCFY8m— Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) October 11, 2018
It's just the strangest situation ever, but I guess he's back...ever so begrudgingly.
